COVID-19 (Coronavirus disease) Response

To all recipients of WGM services and future clients;
WGM in light of the rapidly evolving COVID-19 pandemic and to safeguard the health, safety and wellbeing of all our employees associates and their families, as well as for our clients, will follow advice from Canadian federal, provincial and city authorities regarding the company’s operations, policies and procedures.
As of 18 March, 2020, WGM will suspended its physical office services at least until the end of March to safeguard both staff and clients.
WGM remains open for business and will continue to provide full services to our clients without interruptions.

WGM will review its physical office status at the end of March and provide further notices as warranted.
WGM has arranged for all our client services to be provided virtually (to the extent possible) and for all staff members to be able to work from home with remote access. Phone calls to the office will be forwarded to staff members and they also have their cellphone access. Services such as Video-conferencing or project team meetings will be arranged as required.

We will continue to serve our existing clients and look forward to expanding our services to all our new clients as we work through these challenging times together. We will continue to work with regulators and our clients during these times for active projects requiring a potential site visit to discuss the scheduling of that task as travel allowances permit.
